Cancelled Orders: Union Supply Direct will cancel orders for ineligible offenders and those who are paroled and/or released prior to the shipping of a package.
Ineligible Offenders: Offenders on canteen restriction will not be allowed to participate in the package program.
Product Information: We make every effort to show and describe the merchandise information as accurately as possible. Payment Methods: Union Supply Direct accepts Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards with Visa, MasterCard & Discover card logos (see the order form for processing information) Cashier’s Check, Personal Check (must have customer’s name, address & phone number), Money Order (must be domestic, printed in the U.S.). Full payment must be made prior to an order being processed. All payments must have third party customer information on them. Payments with only the offender’s information will not be processed. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Union Supply Direct. Please be sure to provide the exact billing information that your credit card issuer bank has on file for your account. Credit card will becharged in full at the time your order is placed. The following forms of payments are not accepted: Green Dot, Cash App, Apple Pay.
Cash Payment Option: Customer placing an order online or over the phone can now make cash payments with ACE CASH EXPRESS.
Shipping: $5.95 Shipping fee on all orders (non-refundable).
Sales Tax: All hygiene items are taxable, food items are non-taxable on all orders.

Delivery Information: All packages will ship byNovember 16th. The institutions will distribute the packages accordingly, shortly after their arrival at the facility.
Returns: Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing, defective or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. Damaged or defective food and hygiene items will be refunded. Non-food items may be returned for a refund or replacement. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.
