How to Program Optimum Remote to Altice One
You can control the Altice One set-top box using voice commands after pairing it with the Optimum remote. The remote works for one device at a particular moment.
If you like to use the remote on other devices, unpair the old device and connect it to the new one.
1. First, press the Home or A button on the Optimum remote.
2. Go to the Settings tab after the Home page appears.
3. Tap the remote icon at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click on the PAIR REMOTE TO ALTICE ONE option.
5. Choose Pair Remote Control.
6. If the remote pairing is successful, you will get a confirmation message on the screen.
Note: This method only applies to pairing the Optimum remote to Altice One or One Mini.
Program Optimum Remote Using One-Digit Code
1. Switch on your TV.
2. Press and hold the TV Power and Number button together for about 3 seconds. Check the list below to find your TV brand’s remote code.

3. When the LED light turns on, release the buttons.

5. Now, press the Select button to save the code. The status LED will turn off.
6. Tap the TV Power button. After pairing, the TV turns on.
7. Check whether the remote functions like TV Volume and Mute are working properly.
Note: If the functions are not working for your TV brand, try the Auto-Search method.
How to Program Optimum Remote using Auto-Search Method
If you want to program the remote much faster, you can prefer the auto-search method.
1. Switch on your TV.
2. Press and hold the TV Power and Vol+ buttons for about 3 seconds.
3. Release the fingers when you see the LED lights up.
4. Press and release the 1 button on the keypad, and turn off the TV.
5. Press the Select button to store the remote code.
6. Check if the remote functions are working correctly or not.

How to Program Optimum Remote using Manual Method
If the above method doesn’t work, you can manually enter the four-digit code to program Optimum remote.
1. Switch on your TV.
2. Tap the TV Power button.
3. Press and hold the TV Power and Select buttons for atleast three seconds.
4. Release both buttons if the Home or A button flashes twice.
5. Direct the Optimum remote to the TV and enter the first code using the number pad.

6. After entering the code, press the TV Power button. If your TV is turned off, go to the next step.
Note: If the TV is not turning off, repeat the process from step 4 with an alternate code.
7. Check all the buttons are working properly after pairing.
How to Program Silver Optimum Remote with O Button
You can easily set your Silver Optimum Remote (O Button) using Auto-search.
1. Power On your TV.
2. Long press both SEL and TV buttons until the O button lights up.
3. Position the remote towards the TV. Press CH+ or CH- to power it off.
4. Now, tap the Mute button to pair. After successful pairing, the TV will be turned on.
5. Tap the TV button to save the code.
Now, you will get confirmation when the IO button lights up twice.
You can program your LG Universal remote without codes to control the TV without issues.
How to Program Silver Optimum Remote with IO Button
Like the previous method, you can set the Optimum Silver remote (IO Button) with the Auto-search method.
1. First, turn on your TV.
2. Long press both the TV Power and SEL buttons until the IO button lightens up.
3. Press the SEL button on the remote positioning towards the TV. The TV turns off.
4. Next, to pair the remote with the TV, press the TV Power button on the remote. The TV will be turned on if it is paired.
