Here it is!
Christmas Grits and Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
1 cup grits, uncooked
1 lb. sausage, cooked
8 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups whole milk
¼ teaspoon garlic salt, (or fresh)
¼ teaspoon white pepper
3 tablespoons butter, or margarine
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
few dashes hot sauce, optional
Method
Cook grits as directed. Mix ingredients together and place into lightly greased 3 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until set. Can add dash of hot sauce.

I’ve made the Sassy Sausage & Hashbrown bake and it’s always a huge hit. Perfect for sitting over night and eating on Christmas morning. Can’t wait to try a few of these other recipes as well. Thanks for sharing!
